The floodshield door barrier comes with 8 clips attached and ready for use.  The barrier clips to the rebate of the door frame and it is fully adjustable by hand to suit your doorframe, (upvc or wood).  The quick and easy to use clips with no tools required means the barrier can be fitted in under 2 minutes which makes it ideal for use in a emergency situation.  The barrier fits between the brickwork and seals against the door frame.  The door opens and closes as normal.  The barrier cannot be stolen when the door is closed.

The Floodshield should be inspected at least annually, paying particular attention to the seals. 

After the event of the Floodshield being deployed in flood conditions it should simply be washed down with water using a mild detergent, and then rinsed off with fresh water, dried and stored away in its original box laid flat.
