The WaterWall System has been developed to help alleviate some of the problems faced by many businesses and households throughout the country, caused by flooding.

The WaterWall Barrier can protect those areas that would otherwise be at risk from rising floodwater and can easily be dismantled when the danger has passed.  It is typically used to span driveways, garage entrances and can be used on more complex applications.

The WaterWall System is an affordable concept that allows for easy and quick deployment in the event of a flood warning.

The Waterdoor system is used for outward opening doors or larger apertures such as patio and French doors.

WaterWall is manufactured completely bespoke. The components are produced to the very highest standards using cast and extruded aluminium with steel tubes and stainless steel fittings.

WaterWall uses a Patented system (Patent No. 2371068) to ensure an extremely quick and robust assembly of the defence barrier and an equally quick and easy removal back into storage.

1 year manufacturers guarantee.  UK Flood Barriers cannot be held responsible for incorrect deployment of barrier.

Planned Cleaning Strategy
All waterdoor/waterwall barriers from UK Flood Barriers must be dirt free before deployment.

The list of items requiring ongoing cleaning is shown below:

1. Cleaning Post Receivers – Remove cap and clean dirt out of cup and top rim.

2. Remove any dirt from the bottom of demountable post around the rubber cup .

3. Remove any dirt inside the bottom of the fixed wall rail

4. Remove any dirt along the panel deployment line

5. Clean rubber seal on the bottom panel and all top of panel seals – ensure the top of panel seals have been regularly sprayed with Release .

The following steps should be undertaken MONTHLY on Waterdoor/Waterwall barriers:

6. Check all of the rubber seals for signs of decay

7. Make sure that all of the rubber seals are on the barrier and that none of them have come loose.

8. Apply lubricating release spray to all barrier panel “Top Seals”, so as to ensure ease of installation and dismantling and to prevent seals from “adhering” to aluminium during prolonged installation/erection.

9. Ensure that all screws are present

10. Ensure that all other barrier components are present.
